2.1 Coaching Sessions

One-on-one sessions are scheduled upon arrangement. You may request a session change up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you provide notice at least 48 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund or apply the fee to a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory commitments.

2.2 Coaching Programs

Digital courses, webinars, and workshops are delivered immediately upon enrollment. These information resources are non-refundable once access is granted. We encourage you to review the program details before purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

Products ordered from our online store are shipped within 5 business days. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund via your original payment method upon confirmation of the issue.

3. Scheduling and Fee Payment

4. Changes and Cancellations

Rescheduling requests for coaching sessions are accepted up to 48 hours before the session. For events or workshops, you may transfer your enrollment to a future date at least 7 days in advance. No changes can be made less than 7 days before an event.

5. Limitation of Liability

EvolveNext Step and its staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our services or products. Our maximum responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these terms in 2025. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
